Tennille Dick serves as Managing Director of New Horizon Billing Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, medical billing and coding, health information management, and provider compliance. She built her foundation through revenue cycle and coding roles at major rehabilitation hospitals and physician networks, where she developed strong working command of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement, documentation standards, and audit preparedness.
Throughout her career, Tennille has been recognized for her ability to build and lead high-performing teams under pressure, with a focus on operational excellence, accuracy, and accountability. She is known for fostering strong working relationships between providers, billing staff, and clinical teams, and for keeping reimbursement operations running cleanly through evolving payer requirements and regulatory shifts.
In recent years, her work has focused on the advanced wound care and skin substitute space, where she has become a trusted resource for practices working through Q-code billing, documentation requirements, and Medicare audit exposure. At New Horizon Billing Solutions, she leads the team that helps providers strengthen their billing operations, prepare for audits before they arise, and position their advanced wound care programs for long-term success.

Susan Reid brings more than 30 years of leadership across the wound care industry, with deep expertise spanning enterprise provider strategy, market access, national accounts, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of advanced wound care technologies. Her career bridges clinical leadership, regulatory strategy, and market development, positioning her to help providers adopt innovative wound therapies while navigating an increasingly complex payer, documentation, and audit environment.
A Registered Nurse and CWCN-certified clinician with extensive Medicare regulatory experience, Susan has built her reputation advising physician practices and healthcare organizations on the realities of defensible wound care. She is widely recognized for her work in advanced wound therapies, skin substitutes, Medicare compliance, and provider audit defense, and has supported physicians through every level of the appeals process, from UPIC audits and Medicare redeterminations to reconsiderations and Administrative Law Judge proceedings. She developed and built New Horizon's skin substitute compliance and Medicare audit defense programs from the ground up.
Susan leads the continued expansion of enterprise provider solutions across both New Horizon Medical Solutions and New Horizon Billing Solutions, helping physician practices and healthcare organizations integrate advanced wound care technologies with the operational, reimbursement, and compliance frameworks needed to sustain them.
